  • Order - We will start to make an order on your behalf after you make an order to us with a completed payment. Goods are subject to availability on local store (China) at our order time.Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order due to short of products or you have cancelled it.

  • Delivery - This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.The product price covers all international delivery cost and VAT (where applicable) but excludes UK domestic postage. We will charge Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class for UK domestic delivery when you place an order.The international delivery time may take up to two weeks, UK domestic delivery will take 3-5 working days, therefore, the whole delivery time will take three weeks in average. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

  • Cancellation/Change - You can change or cancel your order BEFORE we start to make an order for you. Any later change or cancellation would be invalid if we have made the payment for your order. Change is subject to local availability. Change postage is not refundable.

  • Payment - We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer.To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.   • Returns/Refunds - Due to remote distance and delivery time restriction, we do not accept any return unless the product doesn’t arrive or does not match the description dramatically. A slight difference from images as long as not quality issue is regarded as a valid deal.
